LAN LANPASS - OLCI problems

I'm trying OLCI and it keeps telling me (regarding my AS MP#)
El número de pasajero frecuente ingresado es inválido para el pasajero EASTBAY1K
and will not let me complete the transaction. Do I need to add some extra 0s or something? In the past, the # without any extras appears on the BP. (Mine is older, with only 7 digits, but previously, not an issue.)
Thoughts?

Seems odd Eastbay, not likely they are doing live online checking of FF #, must be some other glitch? Did you try without any #?

I had a similar problem with my AA FF info and LAN's online checkin. Try deleting your FF number and setting all the other FF data blank.
I thought I'd have to have my FF data reentered at checkin but found that my non-LAN FF data was in fact preserved in the record.

Well, I tried that, and it let me get to the next step, which was "choose a seat" which I already have reserved. The seats are showing as reserved. It keeps telling me I need to select a seat, which have already been selected, and it won't let me continue.
The only reason I'm concerned at all is that one segment is on a 30J LP flight, which is already booked to over 18. The last time that happened, my actual aircraft had 18J seats, and I wasn't in one of them.

As for the seat selection did you try selecting the seat and then reloading the page? Alternatively, take yourself out of your selected seat and then put yourself immediately back in.

I did, and originally, nothing helped. Then, I switched each seat, and then before I could switch them back, the check-in process completed, and then, I couldn't change anything.
ps - the AS MP# shows on the BP :)
