Argentina - Hotel Day Rates? or Other Suggestions

We will return to B.A. from a cruise on Sunday, March 3rd. Flight doesn't leave until 1045pm. Will be off the ship by 9-9:30am. That's a long day hanging out at the airport. Any hotels that offer Day Rates or should we just book a reasonably priced hotel for one night. Assume we need to be at the airport for check-in about 3 hrs ahead?
Any recommendations appreciated.
Thanks.

Do you have SPG Gold or Platinum status? You can book the night prior, and get a 4pm check out.
I won't suggest a Telo, but others may.
You might be off the ship at 9.30 but I imagine you will still have to go through immigration and customs checks on shore? If so then then that will likely take a while.
Some day rates are just as expensive as a nightly rate so I would just book a night at one of the Ibis hotels. Both are central, reasonably priced and clean. You can always leave your luggage till check-in time go for a walk and have some lunch in the meantime.
You'll still have a few hours to shower and relax before heading to EZE to catch your flight.
Another option if you don't want to stay in the city is to get in touch with the Holiday Inn at Ezeiza (http://www.holidayinn.com/hotels/us/en/buenos-aires/bueez/hoteldetail) and ask them if they offer day rates. It's only 8km from the airport so you won't have to worry too much about traffic jams when you head to the airport.

Nothing wrong with a Telo... as long as you go to a proper one...
Care you share your last personal Telo experience...???? :p

Never have been! I just "wasn't suggesting one." ;)
The Holiday Inn EZE is open, but still not completed. The airport-facing end is still "open air." :o

Nothing unusual for here. :D
Just planning ahead for future expansion or they ran out of money.

It isn't "half." Maybe 1/3 :p - also, the top corner of the completed portion either is a receptacle for bird turd, or has a serious problem with a new paint job.
