Wife and I are traveling to AUA early December, we have no plans to rent a car and the hotel does not have a shuttle. Plane arrives at 11pm and we are planning to stay at the Marriott Stellaris, so what is a simple way to beat the crowd to get us to the hotel at a decent time & price? Thx

You just walk out the door and hop a taxi. You can book a transfer but....you will have to wait for everyone to board. Not sure of the price anymore - believe it is around $25-$30 but I would check www.aruba-bb.com or www.aruba.com for the exact price. You will find the taxi drivers quite happy to take you out to the Marriott as they'll be able to get casino fares from out there.

Taxis are relatively inexpensive in AUA compared to other islands.

definitely take cab. no problem getting one, no fuss no bother. Bus will be slower and if others are going to Marriott, check in can be longer
