Qantas Frequent Flyer - Transferring points from 9W to QF?

I asked this over at the OneWorld forum, and it was suggested that I perhaps ask here too:

Silly me - the travel agent (yes, I know ) booked me into such discounted fares that I don't think I'll be earning points on QF come July. Had I known, which I should have, I would've gone with something else, but what's done is done. Still, when it comes down to it, I'm going back to Europe for a holiday and that's enough to set my friends green with envy...

But, it occurred to me, what if I signed up to Jet Airways FF, got the miles with them and then transferred them to QFF?

Flying: MEL - HKG on CX, in "S"
HKG - BOM on 9W, in "V"
BOM - BRU on 9W, in "V"
BRU - MAA on 9W, in "V"
MAA - SIN on 9W, in "V
(and SIN-MEL on QF in O)

Would this be possible? If so, let's just say I got 13k miles, how many points would QFF let me have for them? (I suppose if points are transferrable, it wouldn't be 1/1 at any rate?)

How would one go about transferring the miles if it can be done? Contacting QF directly, or 9W?

You can't transfer points between airlines....

You're flying in July, right? You can surely ask your TA or ring up the airline to get the right Frequent Flyer number on the booking before you fly?

Once you've flown, there's nothing you can do.

OP was talking about the 9W flights in V fare class which do not credit to QF so therefore it is pointless to have the QFF# in the booking.
Thought was credit to a 9W account then transfer which as m0hamed has stated will not work as you cannot really transfer the 9W points into QFF.

Would it be possible, do you think, to "upgrade" the fare class to one that will earn QFF points? Either now, or over the counter upon checkin?

Of course, that might end up being rather pricey, in which case I'd forget about it.
