Etihad Airways Etihad Guest - Chauffeur drive - a couple of questions

I've taken a look through the forum and can't find anything similar...

I have a flight departing LHR to AUH on 18 May at 09:15 in business. I can book a chauffeur pick-up to take me to LHR - problem is I live in Birmingham! Questions as follows:

- Will the chauffeur pick me up at c. 04:30 from Birmingham?

- If yes, does anyone know what the excess mileage charges are?

- And if the above is not possible, will the chauffeur pick up from Birmingham the day before to take me to a hotel at LHR?

I don't live far from Bham, and I've got a chauffeur picking me up. The charge is £2.25 per mile over 100 miles (driven distance). For me, this is £17. Much cheaper than parking. Shouldn't cost you anything from Bham unless you live right on the Northern edge.

They should pick you up at 4.30. Give the Etihad call centre a call and they'll explain it all.
