Have both SRX and Traverse rented for a 8 day stay in Maui at OGG. Will be 4 adults with 4 large 28" suitcases and carry on's. I would like to ride around Maui in the Caddy, but I am afraid we will have suitcases on our laps to/from airport. I have rented the Traverse before and know it will handle the suitcase situation. Can anyone provide experience with the SRX and luggage without folding a seat down?
Thanks!

I would think you would be able to put two suitcases flat then stack another set on top and be fine. Then just squeeze in the carry-ons. Obviously the less carry-on the better.

Here is another picture I found loaded up:

Go for the Traverse!! tried an equinox last year with four suitcases and four carry ons, plus our wives handbags and shopping - no way would it all fit in ..Avis kindly upgraded me free of charge to the Traverse when they saw the trouble we were in.

Go for the Traverse; the SRX might be ok for 2 adults and luggage, but 4 adults and 4 pieces of luggage will be tight.
