I am looking for a lightweight wheeled duffel that will be used mainly for road trips. I realize this is Flyertalk, but I figured that you guys had tested them all and would be able to make a good recommendation. Will be packing for 10-day trips but will also have convenient laundry facilities, so don't need to pack a ton. I am thinking that duffels would be easier to pack in the car and would make it easier to pack things around them since they give and are not as structured.
Any suggestions

Lots of lookers and no opinions. Anyone?

I'm sure there is lots of expertise here - what size are you looking for? What makes a duffle "good" to you? Light weight? compress-ability? Durability? Are you looking for one large pocket or do you mean something more broadly as in any softsided bag? Do you prefer a square cornered shape or a round profile?

It depends what you want from it?
Do you want one with wheels (http://www.caseluggage.com/tumi-alpha-collection-tumi-luggage-large-wheeled-split-duffel-p-a22043-c-espresso.html)?
With a trolley handle (http://www.caseluggage.com/brics-life-5210-55cm-trolley-duffle-p-blf05210-c-olive-278.html), or without (http://www.caseluggage.com/brics-life-201-65cm-weekender-duffle-p-blf0201-c-olive-278.html)?
You could also look at Victorinox (http://www.caseluggage.com/victorinox-travel-gear-swiss-werks-4.0-31_in_-wheeled-duffle-p-300701-c-black.html) or Mandarina Duck (http://www.caseluggage.com/mandarina-duck-isi-b7b30-large-duffle-p-b7b30-c-black.html).

I am not sure what I am looking for exactly. It has been a long time since I have shopped for luggage, especially a duffel, so I was looking for suggestions and recommendations.
I could go either with wheels or no wheels. I still want to use my cubes, so I don't know that interior pockets, dividers would be needed. I do know I don't care for drop bottom bags--I think they are a pain to pack.
The questions asked have already helped.
