Technical Support and Feedback - Why Doesn't My Post Show up in New Posts

I can't get much action on my questions and I am running out of time. Why didn't it show up in "new posts"? Why can't I post directly to "new posts?" The thread is not there in the general posting. Why? It was originally posted in KLM flying dutchman but few are reading and no one is responding.
