Midwest - CVG Terminal 2 goes bye-bye May 15th!!

Flew out of CVG last night (been doing weekly trips since early December) TSA Agent told us that May 15th is the day Terminal 2 closes and all the airlines there (American Eagle, United, US Air, Air Canada) move over to terminal three and the renovated and re-opened concourse A

They added ticket counters at Terminal 3 for the "new" airlines. Assuming they have the same number of positions, then I would think there wouldn't be much difference for those airlines.

Security? Well, I too wonder how that will work. I've heard all the terminal 2 TSA staff move to terminal 3. So, hopefully they are better staffed. and maybe open more lanes?

I'll find out soon enough.
