Hertz - 30 minuntes with agent

I was at FLL last weekend, it was 10:00PM, waited in line for twenty minuntes. A guy with with an agent all that time, I got waited on took about 10 minuntes to get my car, when finished that guy was just getting finished.
30 minuntes is rediculous amount of time for 1 customer to spend with agent. They really need to speed up the process.

Taking it you are not #1 Gold? If you were it should have been as simple as walking to the car and driving off.
