Not sure if targeted, but got an email from Ibis-Thailand:

"Crazy price 299 baht/ night but you have book it between 9 am and 6 pm. on April 27 only"

Maybe some of our Thai friends can help with more details and info on this email promo

And which properties and which timezone is that going to be?

The message sent by Thailand Ibis to subscribers. My guess is that the promotion will run on Thailand time, which would mean starting about 5hours from now. Bangkok is GMT+7 and will probably be for Ibis properties in Thailand.

Any other info will have to come from those with a command of Thai language.
