Nordic Countries - Scandinavia Hotel Suggestions? Deals? Hilton?

Going to be in Scandinavia for a week at the end of August (Copenhagen->Stockholm->Helsinki) - got the plane tickets first and now I'm getting started looking for lodging. Any suggestions for finding hotel deals in this region?
The only chain that covers all three cities is Hilton which is tempting since I already have gold status there - any suggestions for getting deals with them (saw elsewhere in this forum that their BRG is a bust) or maximizing points from stays there?

Radisson F+F Rate. You really can't do anything cheaper in Scandinavia. I was in Norway recently, and a hostel was 80E a night, same as the F+F....

Good suggestion - no cheaper and no benefit over pricelining a 4* though... Looking for fancy spots for a fancy trip :D
Scandinavia isn't really a hotspot for the global and US chains. A couple of the local ones (Nordic Choice, Scandic, First) have some decent properties, but the latter can be particularly variable.
Copenhagen isn't a particularly wonderful destination for hotels, in my experience. The biggest concentration is around the main station, in a seedy no-mans-land between the city centre and Vesterbro. My personal favourites are the Scandic Front, Admiral and Adina, although the latter is some distance from the centre. It is, however, an excellent city for AirBnB.

The Hilton Helsinki Strand is a nice one about 5 min.( with public transportation ) from the city centre.
You can reach it from the airport with bus 615.
The bus stops in 4 min.walking distance from the hotel.
If you're looking for something more individual check the hotels HAVEN and GLO !
