Qatar Airways Privilege Club - Rooms to sleep in at DOH lounge?

I am flying CDG-DOH-JNB-DOH-OTP with QR. After the CDG-DOH leg i'll probably poke around the city. Can I come back to the airport to sleep in one of the rooms in the lounge before my morning flight to JNB? Also, after arriving JNB-DOH, there is a place to sleep in the lounge before continuing on the OTP 8 or 10 hours later? Thanks. All flights in J.

In the Premium terminal Business lounge there are a limited number of recliner style chairs to sleep on, or you can push a couple of the normal armchairs together.

The only bedrooms are located in the First Class lounge & not available to Business passengers. :(

Is there a hotel connected to the terminal, and if not, how long is the ride from DOH to downtown Doha? The webpage indicates the Spa is F only, but it doesn't say the privacy rooms are only for F pax...

No, there's no hotel connected to the airport but there are several within 15 mins eg Marriott. Any journey time to the city depends on which area you're aiming for. South of the Corniche, 10 -15 mins. North end of the Cornich 20-25 mins. West Bay 30-40 mins. All times dependant on traffic of course.
