Qatar Airways Privilege Club - What lounge will I have access to at Doha Airport?

I am travelling Biz from IAD-DOH and continuing Biz from DOH-DEL. What lounge will I have access to? I wanted to pack my carryon accordingly if I have access to showers in the lounge I get access to.

You will have access to Business Class section of Premium Terminal at Doha.

If booking a business ticket from MXP to DXB, you sometimes
get the class First (Z) on the DOH - DXB sector.

QR 104 A320-100/200 Doha (DOH) - Dubai (DXB)
First (Z)


My question is....
Which part of the premium terminal would I get in DOH?
First or business? I mean, it's a Z class business ticket saying first.
A little confusing....

Another question....
Anyone know how the new airport will be? Will it still be a separate
premium terminal?

Please be kindly informed that the booking class Z is the lowest/most restrictive business booking classs.

The flights operated between Doha and Dubai will be 02 cabin class which is economy and first class.

I haven't booked yet, just been looking at the prices.
Got a bit curious about this because I have never seen this mix of classes before. And I would really like to have a look at the first class part of the premium terminal :)

i was flying JFK - DOH - HYD last month, C all the way - did not make the connection in DOH - the flight was called back to the gate at JFK for some mysterious reason - 1 hr delay - we did not gain any time as we took a route that took us south of Spain - a first for me from all these years flying iAd/jfk - doh - - i asked to be routed through DXB on EK to make a 10 am meeting in HYD, DOH - DXB was on QR in F, DXB - HYD was in C on EK, they took me to the F lounge in the premium terminal in DOH - it didn't seem all that different from the C side - then again I was tired and it was late by the time they sorted the connections out - I did not agree to staying in DOH for a day and catching the HYD flight the next day (they had already booked it that way before we landed in DOH)
