Asiana Club - Problems with *A Award Departing on 4/30

I am having a problem with OZ not receiving updated ticket information for my *A award. Originally booked a PMCO *A J award in June of 2011. On April 10, 2012 I switch routing from PIT-ORD-ICN-SYD-ICN-ORD-PIT to PIT-ORD-SFO-SYD-ICN-ORD-PIT. However, when I called OZ over the weekend they still have my reservation for flying with them ORD-ICN-SYD on 4/30, 5/1. UA reissued the ticket again over the weekend (4/21) when I discovered this however the UA system does not appear to be talking to the OZ system. Although, today I did receive notification of a time change on my 5/7 SYD-ICN flight.
I am worried 1) what happens to my OZ ticket if we no show for the 4/30 segments? 2) how do I get OZ to recognize the reissued UA ticket?

Let me start out first by saying that your mileage may be different (i.e. my experience may not reflect your experience)!
That being said, I experienced a similar issue where OZ was seeing the original itin, even after UA re-issued the ticket for the new routing.
I asked the OZ agent for the ticket number attached to the reservation and she was seeing an old ticket number. I asked her to check the new ticket number and after some typing she said something in Korean (I am guessing) and did some more typing and said to check in 24-48 hours.
I called about 30 hours or so later and the new itin was showing in their computer system and on-line.
I am not sure if imputing the new ticket numbers did the trick or something else happened behind the scenes but either way the correct itin did finally get updated in their system.

Thanks for your suggestion. I called again tonight and UA had still not communicated to OZ. I gave the CSR my new ticket numbers and she manually adjusted my tickets and then sent me the full reservation. Big :td: to UA. Maybe I should have stuck with OZ for the outbound ORD-ICN-SYD, but since QS seating isnt on those planes it seemed much less disruptive on the sleep schedule to route via SFO.
