Hyatt Gold Passport - Hyatt Regency SFO Airport

I have a bunch of nights coming up at SFO due to a bunch of transpacific connections through SFO. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on what I may request as a Diamond. Normally I'm always satisfied with their Regency Club, but when booking was told it had been closed. I was told I was entitled to a business room. Can I request or am I entitled to anything else?

I've spent a few nights at the Hyatt SFO. As
a Diamond you will get a room (if available)
on the top floor. The Club is closed. You
will also receive a voucher for a appetizer
and drink in the bar or Italian rest.. A
voucher will be given for breakfest which
may be used towards the price of any
breakfest. My last upgrade was into a full
on suite looking somewhat north towards bay
and SFO. The suite had a big screen tv w/
all the electronics and surround sound. In
addition to the standard room it had a living
room, dining table, bar w/ half kitchen and
half bathroom. Marble entry floors. Go for
this one. I don't remember the room number
but it is on the top floor. The room is not
marked with any puffy sign either. Make it
to the bar it has a good atmosphere.

Why is the RC closed? Is it due to poor business or remodeling?

Business. Definitely was not being
remodeled. My key worked on the lounge when
it had first closed. Just sodas and
cookies. I much prefer the vouchers. SMF
RC was set to reopen I believe 1/7. Maybe
things are changing.
