Virgin Atlantic Flying Club - trouble looking for awards

I am trying to look for awards on virgins web site. I keep on getting an error notice. It shows me the available days, but when I choose the dates and click to continue i get an error. The only thing i can think of is that i dont have enough miles as it is a new account. Does virgin not let you look for awards if you dont have enough miles in your account?

It does let you look for rewards but will tell you if you have enough miles (or not) so not having the miles is not the problem with the website.
