What do you all use for travel adapters that can support a ground plug?

I am flying to Europe next week and need an adapter to charge my electronics. I am looking to charge: laptop, phone, and camera.

Thanks.

Does anyone have experience using this adapter? Looking at the picture it looks to be grounded. Can anyone confirm?

Not for the UK it isn't, the pin that would be ground is plastic on that adaptor.

Although it can accept grounded plugs, I'm pretty sure from the 4th and 5th pictures, it is not actually connected to ground. The Schuko/Swiss/Italian standards have the ground on side/middle-offset/middle respectively. The US has the ground in the bottom.

If I must have ground, I carry around a country specific IEC power cord with ground (so far, I have one for UK, Schuko, Swiss, Italy and US) and power strip (here's links: http://www.wonpro.com/style/frame/templates9/product.asp?lang=2&customer_id=1327&name_id=29951&content_set=color_1&rid=10019 and http://www.wonpro.com/style/frame/templates9/product.asp?lang=2&customer_id=1327&name_id=29951&content_set=color_1&rid=8020)

I recommend carrying a power strip... too many things to charge and only need one plug adapter!

A better question is do you actually need ground? Most devices work just fine without it... just hope it is well insulated or you'll get a nasty shock!

I guess I don't really need ground. I just need the adapter to accept the US 3 prong plug.

I use these : Schuko Plugs (http://www.amazon.com/VCT-VP-11B-Grounded-Adapter/dp/B003C1MFYI/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1335217286&sr=8-7)
Then just use my regular power strip.

Yeah, that's pretty much it. The normal European plugs don't even have a ground.

I worked fine in multiple countries.
