Hi guys.

I've been sticking to indigo for my past few flights and hence my JP counter is not growing at all since they announced the new benefits last month. but what gets me curious is the fact that they announced 100% miles on (almost) all fare classes. but when i price a ticket, for instance BOM-DEL, it shows me 532 miles in Y. the distance is higher at 703/705 miles approx. so... are your miles posting correct as per the distance or is JP opening up a new loophole here which they aint explaining?

I asked them for a clarification but havent heard on this yet

Best

It is because you flew JetKonnect. Flights on regular Jet BOM-DEL posts at 700-odd, on JetKonnect at 530-odd

then why is it when i try booking a full service flight on jet airways .. i get 532 on BOM-DEL as 'eligible miles' to be earned?

Weird - I flew DEL-BOM last week on full-service and got 700 miles and returned on Konnect and got 530. Don't think its a fare class problem because only group bookings do not get the '100% miles' benefit AFAIK?

Really surprised at this - but it explains what happened back when I flew a domestic route at the beginning of the month. I'm going to assume that calling JP is the only solution?
