Any thoughts on the feasibility and expense of hitting the 20 city AY promo?

Any thoughts on the feasibility and expense of hitting the 20 city AY promo?

I think the consensus here is that it is very difficult, or requires a very specific flight pattern. Especially if you are not based in HEL.
