Luxury Hotels - Bilila Lodge Serengeti

Does anybody know what the status is of this property? Started off as Kempinksi, but best I was able to figure out is that Kempinski stepped out, letting go of Kempinski Kilimanjaro in Dar Es Salaam at the same time. Both were said to be taken over by Hyatt, but while the DAR property shows up on the Hyatt site, Bilila Lodge does not.

Their website no longer has mention of Kempinski, but some of the branding / style (e.g. the hotel logo at top left) is very reminiscent of the Kempinski website.

Under the new FS Hotel plans thread, one of the latest posts refers to the conversion of a Serengeti property to Four Seasons, could Bilila Lodge be it??

Just checked out of Bilila this AM, and the staff was clear that they are going to be a Four Seasons resort. There is a team on the ground right now renovating rooms. It is an incredible property with outstanding service, and I cant wait to go back after the Four Seasons updates are complete.

Interesting! Any sense for when the conversion will be complete? I'm staying there end of August, but doubt it will be before then. Either way, I'm looking forward to it.
