row 21, or 45 if legroom is more important than a window.

I would go for row 21 for sure on the HK side. That side deplanes quicker. It is even better when it is ECE or ECF because they only have two seats in row 21.

22C and 22H are the best seats in the house.
lots of leg room as no one in front of you.
22C is available for GL/PL/TPL to be reserved. 22H opens at check-in, but maybe PL/TPL can also get those beforehand.
if are are after Aisle seat, do not get C,D,H as they have an entertaiment box under the seat in front of you.
