hi just returned from st thomas, loved it , would like to buy ritz timeshare there, any thoughts on the place to find the cheapest price and any thoughts on the timeshare offered there.thanks

There are MLS listings for fractional owners who are selling.

There is a lot of flexibility in being a fractional owner, but I would not consider this a strong investment option.
