Hi,

I am not sure if I am the only one, but I have difficulty reserving seats for my qatar airways booking. In addition, I keep on receiving error code, session timed out, when i tried to book tickets on the website. I am from Singapore.

I have no problems with Finnair, Cathay Pacific, Lufthansa, Singapore Airlines, Jetstar, Airasia and Qatar airways is the first airline which i have tonnes of issues with the websites. It is very user-unfriendly!

Am i the only one with issue? I tried IE, Modzilla and Chrome, all return the same errors of session timed out, or error.

Hi there, i can confirm that a) this problem exists, b) it is quite limited to Singapore, my girlfriend is from Singapore and she could never proceed further than choosing a flight during a booking on Qatar's web site, so I booked it for her last time, he friend - also flew with Qatar from Singapore last week, did have some problems but was able to book at the end... at the same time the web site works perfectly from everywhere else as far as i know...

Never had any of these problems when accessing the site from Denmark and Sri Lanka.

I would say the website is fine tbh, not sure why Singapore website has these issues. Maybe they were doing maintenence then on it. Happens sometimes.

With regards to this, most Middle East carrier websites dont like you booking east to east if you are too far east, if that makes sense?

IE you can do East to West and West to East bookings no problem. Thats the routes they want you to look at.

There are a small portion of cities in the middle which arent considered west or east but I think Delhi is too far out to be considered in the middle.

The reference point I am referring to is Doha, ie East of Doha and West of Doha.
