Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles - Miles not credited with Air Canada to Miles&Smiles card

I always register my FF number with Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles when I buy the ticket online as well at check in, but for some strange reason, I never get the points credited. There is no issue with other airlines eg. United, Lufthansa, Thai, Austrian, which get credited quickly but I never get my points with Air Canada. I am just noticing this and it has happened 3 times already. Any ideas what to do? I assume both sides are going to point the finger at each other

My 2 flights on air canada posted. You can email a copy of your boarding pass pluss copy of ticket to miles & smiles and if this does not post or gets rejected (as on one of my UA flights) then call during daytime hours in Turkey to talk to an agent (my UA flight posted within 3 days). Check your AC flight was eligible to earn miles as a few fare codes get zero miles.

I have major issues getting my TK flights to post to miles& smiles sometimes. This is mainly due to the fact I have my middle name on my m&s card and sometimes get my ticket without my middle name and they therefore won't credit it because the names don't match exactly. So i have to go through the whole process of scanning my boarding passes and sending in a copy of my ID. Turkish is very particular about this for some reason
