I usually pay around $150 for my full size ( I am an EE)a week for my Friday to Friday rentals using reg emerald code and $35 coupon. Can't get below $220

I wouldn't say that $220 a week is sky high - it's more of a "regular" rate - $150 a week is very low especially if it includes all fees & taxes.

The rate I quoted above included all taxes and insurance...a total of $274.03 for the rental period. No special coupons used, just my corporate rate.

If you normally get a week for $150 (either before or after taxes) that is impressive.

what about the car selection here? currently have an avis SUV special rate for saturday night (1 night) but would switch if options were good.

Cars at PIT thread hasn't been updated in a while. feel free to reply back on that thread if you choose to respond to my question :)

Last time I was there (Late Feb) the SUVs on the Aisle were:
Durango
Flex (a couple Limited)
Kia

Dunno how I missed this post earlier. anyway, i should have specified: not needing an SUV.. it was just the cheapest thru their promo. I was more interested in the across the board selection.

I am sorry I don't remember what other vehicles were there in February, as I had a Suburban rented, so I didn't really pay attention to the other cars. I just know the ones I mentioned because they tried to put me in them instead of bringing a Suburban up.

I found my post from the PIT thread from back in September, at that time the following cars were on the lot:
Jeep Wrangler
Buick Lacrosse CXL (which I took..it also had built in Navi and backup)
A few Grand Marquiexs
Jeep Grand Cherokee
Impalas
Ford Flex

This may very well be the same, but it could be outdated. Maybe you will get lucky and have the X5 on the aisle.

Just reupped my rental today.

This was what was available to me: Impala, Charger, Malibu . There were some SUV's also off the EA available. Escape, Liberty, Tucson and Expedition.

I just kept the Wrangler I have had. Selection has been crappy lately. I stopped reserving Premium after the 3rd time that nothing but Impalas was available

If you had premium reservations and were offered impalas, I would be asking for some compensation. Surely they have something better than premium they could have upgraded you to instead of downgrading you to an impala...
