Thailand - Heinz Thai Chili Sauce

I am not sure if it was called Chili Sauce or Chili Ketchup, but I remember it was produced by Heinz and was delicious. I had t in Phuket, Bangkok and a similar type of sauce at Narita.
I have searched google and flyer talk, but cannot find where to buy this in the US. Does anyone have any tips?

You are talkinb about the kinda orange colored Heinz Chili Sauce? I dont know that I have ever seen it at any shop in the US but you can try the Broadway Supermarket at 4879 North Broadway Street Chicago, IL 60640 as that is where my wife likes to go when we are in Chicago as they have a lot of things she cant get elsewhere.

Is this the stuff?

Sorry I can't help with a location. I thought Amazon might have it, but no luck, just the regular sriracha you can get everywhere.

Not that it helps you in Chicago, but I'm pretty sure I've seen Heinz Chili Sauce for sale in some of the SF Asian markets.

Yes, that is the sauce...great stuff. I will check out broadway mkt next time I m in the neighborhood. I'll be in San Fran in a few months so will check around there too.

I am pretty sure that sauce is manufactured in Thailand, it would have import labels if it came from outside the country, so it would have to be imported from Thailand to the U.S., or hand-carried by someone.

Sri Racha sauce is similar, there are many brands, and is widely available in the U.S.

Huy Fung Sri Racha sauce (http://www.huyfong.com/no_frames/sriracha.htm) is made in California and is one of the most popular brands.

In the supermarket today I noticed there were two different styles of Heinz Chili Sauce; the regular one pictured in the links in this thread, and a "Hot" version.

Produced locally by Win Chance Foods so I sort of doubt it is imported to the U.S?
