Keeping in mind I must enter and exit the same country, but open jaws are allowed with the distance not counting. Could I go ZRH-GRU-IAD, FRA-ZRH. The total air segments of which total under 11,000 and are in effect an 85,000 miles 1-way with the tag FRA-ZRH on the end to satisfy the routing rules. Would this be allowed with stopovers in GRU and IAD? Thanks.

amazing! Thanks. So, does it have to be an int'l flight on the last segment, or if I went the other way for example could it be JFK-EZE-JNB-NBO-ZRH-CDG, BOS-JFK?

lemme check this routing...

*Stopovers or ground transfer within the departure country are not permitted.(A_RULES_5A_005A)

So then say YUL-JFK at the end, would make the routing permissible? The stops would be EZE, JNB, CDG with a connection through NBO and ZRH sub-24 hrs, and I suppose if I needed to tack on the YUL-JFK at the end for rules purposes, YUL would be the 4th stopover. Does the last leg have to count as a stopover? The open jaw segment would involve transfer TO the departure country, but not within it. Can I stop in EZE, JNB, CPT and CDG and still return YUL-BOS or does the last leg count as one of my 4 stopovers?
