Qatar Airways Privilege Club - Cancelling flight

I bought a flight on the Qatar website last night which I now need to cancel. Am I right in thinking that I will be able to get a full refund within 24 hours? The outward leg isn't until 12 May. I'm booked into W Class.

Please be informed that the cancellation fee will applied as per the ticket rules and condition no matter the cancellation is made within 24hours. Please send the private message of your booking reference number or ticket number so that I can check for your ticket cancellation condition.
