Not many people in line the other day, so with 31 TSA screeners working 2 lines, they had to figure out something to take up time. So, two blueshirts at walkup, one checking IDs and screaming at people to state their complete names, two barkers - in lines that were side by side, and a whole army of blueshirts guarding the exit line.

Actually, this is common in Texas. AUS / DFW / IAH are all the same. HOU & DAL are usually hastle free, and occasionly pleasant.

I've had no name-game issues with DFW in multiple trips over the last year or so. That is, aside from the supervisor that insisted that we lost our rights at the checkpoint (and that was in casual conversation, not confrontation). AUS on the other hand is one of the most unpleasant experiences I've had in Texas.

And sadly, with dozens of times through AUS each year, I never felt hassled until the MMW came to town this past year. Now they threw that in, ruder screeners, and the name game. I don't look forward to it at all.
