Etihad Airways Etihad Guest - ORD-LHE rt, change return flight date, which fare rules apply?

HI,

I purchased 3 ORD-LHE roundtrip tickets in economy (U) from Etihad's website, and am currently in LHE scheduled to fly back to ORD next week, and need to reschedule the return flight.

Etihad's fare rules for ORD to LHE indicate a $200 change fee, while LHE to ORD fare rules indicate PKR 1000 (around $12). Which of these fare rules apply? Is it the LHE to ORD rule, since that's the leg that is being changed?

Thought I'd ping here for some advice before making the call to the call center.. thanks for your help!

It's the fare for the original point of departure, in your case ORD.
When you buy a return fare: AAA-BBB both outbound and inbound segments are calculated as AAA-BBB.

Call the Pakistani call center. It is open during the day. I've been allowed one change for free. No harm in trying.

Almost all fare basis have after departure one change free.

Also if they do charge you an amount. You can pay over the phone which is far better than travelling to old Lahore city.
