I'm booked DXB-BKK-KIX in C tonight, but I see is the inbound flight TG517 is already posting a 2 hour delay in departure (it has been delayed consistently 1-3 hours making TG518 delayed by an average of 1:24 over the past week, over 2 hours last night, alledgedly for "connecting passengers"), which does not bode well for my KIX xfer (by the schedule it's 0640 to 0830). Does anyone know why 517 seems to make a such a habit of delay?? What's a realistic time to xfer (no checked bags) from 518 to 626 in Bangkok? Does 518 come into the terminal or require a bus in from the runway? Are 518 and 626 near each other in the terminal? Any advice welcome, including whether I should bail and try to get on the Emirates nonstop flight to KIX at 3AM (which would mess up my *A RTW ticket). Thanks!
