I flew LAS/IAD/FCO/IAD/LAS on a D fare, and applied GPUs to the itin, both directions (and they cleared each way).
For the domestic portion of the trip, the D fare booked into A, and so for LAS/IAD and IAD/LAS, I received 3099*2=6198 premier qualifying miles, and 1.5*2=3 pq segments.
For the international portion that was upgraded D into First, my account activity page on united.com shows 1 segment as "ZD" (FCO/IAD) and the other as "K" (IAD/FCO). I would've expected a "D" or the equivalent of the old "NF", and would've expected them both to be the same... and I didn't get my COS bonus -- only the base mileage of 4505 per segment, and 1 segment instead of 1.5 segments.
Has this been reported here on FT yet? What's the best way to resolve it? Guessing if I call UA, it'll be an hour for them to figure it out. This trip was April 2/April 9.
