Aegean Airlines Miles&Bonus - Miles not posting

My wife and myself flew AC on the first week of April and we've not received our miles. The tickets were purchased on a T class and I requested them immediately. My wife is 900 miles from gold and we should have gotten around 3700 miles flying ZRH YYZ. We had our A3 FF number on the boarding passes!
Can this be normal?

Did you try a retrocredit? It's very simple on the A3 website, and it should credit your miles within 2 weeks, always worked for me so far when the automatic credit didn't show up.
For your information, I had a flight on CA (not AC!) around 10 working days ago which didn't posted (the other segments did within 3 days) so I thought I have to retroclaim it as well.. it just showed up today.. sometimes some segments seem just to take longer, and my flight took almost 2 weeks to show up, but it did, automatically. You can always try to retrocredit after 3 days you've flown, so if you want your miles asap, always do it, even if it would post automatically most probably, you can give it a shot ;)

"Normal", no, it's not.
"Common" or "frequent". Yes, very.
Most of the tread under M&B topic are about delays on getting miles posted. Their online app is not working properly, obviously. They don't react to emails. And they're just polite on the phone.
You know what you have to do...

Some *A flights take longer time to credit than others. I had some LH flights, they were credited after about 10 days.
I suggest wait 2 weeks after flight date (which would be about now in your case) and then use the "Claim air miles" (assuming your flight was operated by AC or another *A member)
This claim procedure can take as long as 4 weeks, even for a "normal case". (2 weeks for retro-claim procedure with partner airline, 2 weeks for actual adding the miles to account - these timelines are stated in the terms&conditions)
As seen in some other threads here, a few *A airlines are very difficult in the process of retro-claiming to A3. If the operating airline refuses to verify the retro-claim, the claim will go into stall, as A3 only send the request to the operating airline, and do nothing until that request is answered.
