First time flying JB, I have a 20" rollerbag for my main carryon, no problem with that. I'm curious about the briefcase or "personal item" size though because the website says it must not be more than 18" x 15" x 6" high.
Mine has fit under the seat in every one of the 100 or so planes of other carriers I've carried it on, but it's about 15" x 10" x 10". Overall smaller, but higher. Are their seats built that much closer to the floor?
