Hi
I was wondering if anyone knows if mucinex is sold in France and perhaps what name its sold under?
thank you
I don't know about France, but it is probably easiest to look for the active ingredient: guaifenesin.
In the states, it is much cheaper to purchase CVS Chest Congestion than Mucinex D and they both have the same active ingredients, guaifenesin and pseudoephedrine.
If you specifically want guaïfénésine, note that it's often given in suppository form, so if you don't want to deal with that, specify that you want it par voie orale (in which case it will likely be a liquid, not pills).
Otherwise, if you just need an expectorant in general, ask the pharmacist and he or she will guide you.
