Thai Airways Royal Orchid Plus - BKK Royal Silk Lounge Private Rooms

So, I saw there were two glass walled private rooms available in the BKK Royal Silk Lounge (C Concourse). They were unlocked and there were no signs saying not to use. My wife and I sat in one for a few minutes before TG staff evicted us.

Can anybody tell me who these private rooms are for, and how one gets to use one? I presumed VIPs/First class pax would be in the First class lounge.

TIP ticketed in Y perhaps...

The passenger who request the room at the lounge reception and staff will unlock the door for requestor.

Most often I have seen it being used for Monks.

And at least one times for a family with infant.

Special Needs Room - may be ?

We've been escorted into these rooms when the lounge is packed at 11PM.
