American Express Membership Rewards - Link to check Amex Targeted offers

Can someone please help me with the link to check for Amex targeted offer ?
I know it has been posted on the forum and I did try to serach for the link, but I just cant seem to find it. I am not an existing Amex customer, but recieved a targeted Amex Plat offer for 100K, but unfortunately, I lost the RSVP code. I want to see if I can find it on website and take a screen shot before applying on the phone. Can someone please help..

They took that feature away with the new AmEx portal update last month, as far as I can tell. I've looked for it a ton with no success, and I had visited it very recently so I went as far to dig through my history to find the exact URL, it it just redirects you to the home page now.

I hope I'm wrong, but I think it's gone.
