Other Asian, Australian and South Pacific Frequent Flyer Programs - SriLankan Airlines long stopover in Columbo

I have a friend considering this airline for a trip to the UK from Bangkok in economy.

I'm wondering if they offer a hotel as part of the deal as its a 15 hour layover I believe?
