Hi,
I've got a question about AVIS loyalty program in Europe. I am looking for something similar to AVIS First/President's Club. I am a member of AVIS Preferred and for the last 3 years I've got 250+ days of rental, most of it in Italy. I am wondering if there is anything that would give me free upgrades or other benefits for being a loyal customer. My personal experience with AVIS really depends on location in MXP or BLQ airports I usually have no problem getting at least a better car in the reserved class, but in other locations my experience is much worse with getting very used cars (60kkm+) in not the best condition. Right now I'm seriously thinking of moving my rentals to Hertz.
