Told tonight, 9 days post flight and raising concern, that it will be a minimum of another 40 days to receive feedback - not good Virgin....

now looking at second poor service recovery in 3 months within our family, not the way to steal QF premium pax.

yes, but this black duck may well have returned to (the known) QF by the time DJ comes around...
