Qantas Frequent Flyer - Nice to see some loyalty returned

I have flown very little this year, and half of that was award flights. I'm about 85% away from requalifying as a WP this year.

Unlike Cathay Pacific who dropped me to Green after 3 years as a Diamond member, Qantas has returned some of the loyalty that I have shown them over the years and requalified me as a WP.

I'm Lifetime Silver, so I guess they had to send me out a new card anyway :D but I really appreciate the gift this year.

Nice - I've received the same benefit a couple of years ago^

85% away or 85% of the way (ie 180 SCs or 1020 SCs)

FWIW I was renewed WP in 2007 on 120 Scs (admittedly had broken 2000 the prior two years)
