Other Car Rental Programs (ie. Alamo, Enterprise) - Which CC for car rental ins coverage GOLD Amex or Chase Sapphire?

Renting a van for 10 days for vacation. I have Gold Amex and Chase Sapphire. Wondering if one is better for rental car insurance coverage. Thanks
