anyone know why I cannot log in to my profile of M&B since Feb 2012. I have try to reset password. It is not work for me. I have try to contact A3. However, no one reply my email in as long as one month.

I had the same problem when I signed up. Sent them an email to sort it out. Took them maybe 3 weeks to resolve it. No special reply - just the standard password reset email.

Try emailing them again? This problem is not uncommon.

Same for me. I joined due to the pending demise of Diamond Club, and can't log on at all. I've changed my password several times, then e-mailed M&B who did the same, but still no luck. A second e-mail did not get an answer. Third time lucky perhaps???? :confused::confused::confused:
