I am trying to purchase two tickets on FL. I get all the way through the seating page and get to the page that states if i want to add insurance, bill me later, and payment link. However, none of the links work, nor does it allow me to enter any credit card information. Do I need to purchase my tickets on WN's website, or is this just a glitch in their system?

You cannot complete that booking on the WN website. You just have to accept that the FL website will now be acting like the WN website has always acted. The only redeeming feature is that WN has not added the
OOPS
to the FL website.

I have had no problem booking on airtran's site except for on the plane. I dont pay for gogo. But in the past, I had no problem accessing any page linked to the airtran site. Now, in my last two flights, I was able to get the home page, and results of any reservation enquiries. But once I try to log in so I can book a ticket to my account, it errors out for lack of internet connection. I dont know if the gogo configuration changed unintentionally that it won't let you go for free to the A+ rewards login resulting page views. I couldnt bring anything account related on those two trips. But i repeatedly was able to make several booking enquiries.
So the end result was I had to make a reservation when I arrived , but lose out on the $5 per ticket credit that you get when make a reservation while flying on the plane.

Just call 1-800-AIRTRAN and explain the problem they'll book it and waive the usual phone in fee.

Their website is unbelievably buggy today! I spent 30 min trying to book a simple one-way ticket and get numerous errors, the most prominent one is "Object reference not set to an instance of an object", just wonderful! I tried Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera from 2 different computers and they all error out somewhere in the booking process. The website does not remember anything, it is unbelievable.

I noticed problems last night when trying to view existing reservations in Chrome, Opera, and Firefox. I was finally successful with IE.
Everything was working okay earlier this morning on Chrome, but now the following message was received on IE, with other problems on Chrome:
