The newsletter and most websites show a survey today...

what on earth is the point of this line of questioning? Are they trying to get more add on revenue?:rolleyes:

Seems they are pondering add on revenue. There have been some other points before where they were hinting at selling additional services like lounge access etc. for economy class passengers. Though it is probably tempting, I am not sure that is what is going to improve the cash flow and profitability in the long term. How many people would they have to cram in to the lounges to make a decent buck?

They are funny. I wonder if they seriously are thinking about trying to ask economy passengers to pay for the non-existent priority baggage handling at CPH and ARN.
Some other things are also either diluting the *G perks or will be expected by the travelling public shortly.

This survey will certainly lead to a grand announcement in a few months with the latest pseudo award (flightstats, freddies) badges and citing 'we surveyed you and this is what you asked for' umpteen add-ons, the revenue of which will have to make up for the cup of coffee they are graciously giving away again.
That said, thank god they have no discovered the ad space onboard beyond the tray table. Look at these examples what could have been: http://www.globalonboardpartners.com/work/

Feel free to include OSL here. Menzies, which handles some *A carriers at OSL, actually makes priority luggage worthwhile, while SAS never gets it right.

Stupid survey. All they needed was to ask "how can we get more money from you?"
Priority luggage in HEL doesn't work either. Nor does any other thing called Priority with SK, such as Priority boarding. The announcement is made, but what does that help when the gate lice have already lined up?
Yesterday afternoon at CPH even Fast Track was over-crowded, and the Scandinavian lounge didn't have any free seats. On the positive side, the food was better than before.

SAS certainly practises Lagom (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lagom) :)
