Finnair Plus - Problems with Finnair Plus

I've ordered two trips with Finnair this summer (To Beijing and Delhi), and I got the tickets on mail. On both my finnair plus membership number is stated, but when I log in to my account on their website I can only find the last trip (to Delhi) under "My Bookings". The Beijing trip isn't there and I can't find anywhere to add it either. I got a mail from finnair that said that one of the flight on the Beijing trip got cancelled so I had to go via Stockholm or Oslo. I answered them on mail, but haven't got an answer yet (2-3 weeks ago). So therefore I really want the Beijing trip to show up on my bookings to be sure what flight I avtually got to take, since the ticket i got per mail isn't correct anymore. So do anybody know what to do? Is it possible to add the flight to my side with the booking number for example?

Also, another question. Do the points I get for the 2 trips automatically come into my account after they are done?

The "Show my bookings" is a newly developed feature, and a very unreliable one.
I suggest you go to checkmytrip.com using your booking code and last name. There you should be able to see your complete booking and check all the details. If it is not there, then call AY+.

yes, points will be credited automatically, as long as your AY+number is in the booking. You can check this on checkmytrip too. If it is missing you can add it when you check in.
