India-based Airlines - Error when submitting online partner award ticket request

Has anyone experienced the same problem these two days? I tried to submit the oneline partner award ticket request but there is an error message at last. Any worng with the system? Should I just try to send the form to the service center instead?

i get this error quite often when using firefox but it seems to work fine using internet explorer....which browser are you using????

I used the Internet Explorer. It is new company laptop. There are pop-up windows during the process and I just allow them. But finally I got the error message. Maybe I need to try on other computer?

Try it on another, but I'd just fax it in asap just to be safe. God knows how hard it is to get the redemptions as is...

Yes. I finally filled in the form and scan the copy and send email to them. It took me 5 days to get a response.
