Asia - Need help to pay a 150$ flight ticket cash in Manila

Having an AA award (CX MNL-HKG onwards) on hold and miles pulled, but need to pay taxes in Phils. They only accept cash and wire transfer.

Can I paypal anyone to have it paid cash for me!?

About 150$ for me and GF. Office is Airesources in Malate, open M-F 0830-1730.
