Great find! This also works originating from SFO, which works better for me.

But ITA is giving me some weird CPM calculations where a direct flight had lower CPM than a connection with the same price. Anybody might know why this is?

AA has SFO-DFW-BOS for $324, which with the current double EQM on the DFW-BOS leg should come out to about 3.6 CPM.

Borderline whether this is a mileage run; I guess with the DEQM it's pretty decent: but a week or so ago BOS-SFO could be had for $240, and for a few hours $145ai. Sorry I missed that!

I'm seeing BOS-DFW-SAN available for $292, and with the double EQM on BOS-DFW RT's (promotion BOSEQ) this comes in at around 3.4 cpm; 8589 total miles.

The DEQ11 that BOSman mentions only applies to AAdvantage members with CA, TX or IL addresses; if you do qualify this will piggyback onto the BOSEQ promotion and make the BOS-DFW-SFO/LAX route even more valuable. Available through June 30, 2012.

I booked BOS-JFK-SAN-DFW-BOS at that price, since it has a 763 from JFK-SAN and gives slightly more RDMs; unless they create a new tier or allow EQM gifting, I don't need more EQMs in 2012.

Indeed, saw that. B6 is having a sale for $260 AI RT, book by the end of today. UA matched on their direct flights, AA has matched but of course with the connections. I've been to SFO a whole bunch of times this year though and don't need the status miles. But the RDMs really are hard to turn down. I wonder if the AAngels at SFO AC recognize me, I've walked in there on a number of Saturday nights this year for the redeye to DFW or ORD.

Edit: And the BOS-SFO fare on AA just evaporated before my very eyes. Back up to $321.

Lots of mid-week availability in May/June for SFO-BOS-SFO on UA at $260. 4.8cpm.

I can see occasional $134 ow BOS-LAS or LAS-BOS fares on AA, but I can't find any matched pairs that work with my schedule. Somehow I suspect asking for a day or days off work because I really want to spend 24 hours in Vegas and won't buy a higher fare or take an airline other than AA/DL could hurt my career.
